STAFF WELLBEING BY DESIGN

Create a wellbeing framework that actually works

A four-session online program that helps schools design a clear, actionable, and sustainable staff wellbeing framework tailored to their context.

THE PROBLEM MOST

SCHOOLS FACE

Most schools know wellbeing matters, but few know how to design it well.

Resources get shared. Ideas get trialled. Morning teas are added to the calendar.

But without a structured wellbeing framework, the impact rarely sticks.

Staff Wellbeing by Design changes that.

What This Program Is

A clear, structured approach to building your wellbeing framework

Staff Wellbeing by Design is a practical, research-aligned program that guides your leadership team, wellbeing committee, or internal wellbeing advocates through co-designing a framework that reflects your school’s needs, priorities, and people.

Across four live online sessions, you’ll review staff voice and/or data, identify your school’s wellbeing drivers, and translate insights into behaviours, practices, and actions that everyone can own.

This is about building wellbeing with intention, not addition.

A system that strengthens culture, supports workload, and makes work feel more human.

WHY THIS WORK MATTERS

Wellbeing isn’t a vibe. It’s a system.
A system built with clarity, structure, and shared responsibility.

Schools that approach wellbeing by design experience:

  • Clearer expectations and more consistent practices

  • Better alignment between leadership, teams, and classroom experience

  • Reduced initiative fatigue

  • Stronger culture and higher engagement

  • This program gives you the roadmap to build that.
